Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ahzan Tech Ltd’s website and services. By accessing or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

We provide procurement & sourcing, import/export logistics, e‑commerce development, digital marketing, software & automation, construction/contracting, and training/advisory. Scope, fees, and timelines are defined in proposals, SoWs, or contracts.

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required approvals.
• Ensure compliance of supplied materials (e.g., BoQs, brand assets, content).
• Pay invoices per agreed schedule and accepted payment methods.

Unless stated otherwise, quotes exclude applicable taxes, duties, freight, and third‑party fees. Late payments may attract charges as specified in the contract. We may suspend work for non‑payment.

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you will be assigned or licensed as agreed. Pre‑existing tools, templates, or libraries remain our or their respective owners’ IP.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability to the amount paid for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We operate with applicable Nigerian laws and apply Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures on construction/field projects.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period or as otherwise provided in the contract. On termination, you will pay for completed work and committed costs.

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Failing that, disputes may be submitted to mediation or the competent courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
